|
This study was undertaken to investigate the effect on the alcohol concentration in blood resulting from Cortol, Testosterone, Estradiol, Ginseng extract and irradiation with colored. light (blue and red light).
The calculation of the alcohol concentration in the blood of rabbit was made by Gibson and Blotner¢¥s method.
We got following several results:
1. There is no serious differences of the alcohol concentration in blood between male and female.
2. The abolishment of alcohol in blood by pre-medication with Cortol, Testosterone, and Estradiol was quicker, than that in control group.
3. The alcohol concentration in blood of group irradiated with blue and red light increased more than that of control group for several hours, and the increase of it appeared more rapidly. The increase of the alcohol concentration in blood of tile group irradiated with red light was larger than that of the group irradiated with blue light.
4. The alcohol concentration in blood in premedication with Ginseng extract decreased apparently, and the alcohol abolished from blood rapidly.
